This facility will be essential to members as more and more guests join the trend of making firm bookings using their debit or credit card. MIMA will provide B&B Network members with an Internet Merchant Account for taking payments on-line that is integrated that into their web site booking system. A virtual terminal is also integrated into their members admin panel to act as a input terminal for telephone bookings or card holder present transactions. This complete solution keeps members at the forefront of Internet payment technology at no additional cost. Premium members will also have the benefit of automatically accepting online payments for confirmed enquiries.

This membership feature is part of the B&B Network´s continuous improvement programme and there is no charge for integration into either admin panel or members websites. Application for the Internet merchant account is by an online form built into members admin panels. Although the registration and approval process is fast you will be required to scan and email the following documentation:-

Your Bank Details: a copy of a bank statement or "Voided" cheque
Proof of identity: - a scanned copy of your passport or drivers licence
Proof of address: Copy of a utility bill (phone, electricity etc.)
If you are tenant: a copy of the B&B/Hotel lease agreement
